In Memory of Lizzie

Description:

Lizzie was picked up by animal control and was full of ticks, overweight, and heartworm.  She went into long-term foster care to complete her heartworm treatment and it was decided that, after all, she has been through, she would remain in permanent foster in the Senior to Senior program.  She became heartworm-free after treatement.  As she felt better, her funny personality began to emerge.  She loved playing with toys and LOVED her food.  She enjoyed going on rides in the car and her very favorite thing were her morning and evening walks!   Her family absolutely adored her!
